That insight gave the Orchestrata Rebrand Team an idea: Start the strategy with client questionnaires.
Clientele volunteers — there were so many! — were asked what draws them in time and time again. What’s the benefit for them? Why all the love? Was it the infrared sauna room? The retreat space itself? The healing? The… what? So many things!
Very quickly a theme materialized: Renee and Bobbi Jo. Specifically, the sisters’ near-angelic ability to cater to the needs of every individual.
